Job Title: English Tutor / Governess for Private Family in Fili-Davydkovo

Job Description:

A private family based in Fili-Davydkovo is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English Tutor / Governess to work with their two children, aged 4 and 10.

The role involves developing confident spoken English, supporting early literacy and school-level English, and creating a positive, structured learning environment at home.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English sessions tailored to different age groups

• Develop conversational skills through daily interaction and situational dialogue

• Support phonics, reading, and writing skills (younger child)

• Assist with school English curriculum and homework (older child)

• Incorporate games, storytelling, and interactive activities

• Encourage independence, curiosity, and consistent study routines

• Provide regular feedback and learning updates to parents

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, English, or a related field

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience working with children in private families or schools

• Experience teaching mixed age groups preferred

• Structured, proactive, and warm personality

• Native English speaker

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00

Salary: $1,000 USD per week

​

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term

Meals are provided during working hours. Occasional local transportation within Moscow is covered by the family.
