Job Title: Native English Teacher – Kindergarten (Moscow)

Location: Moscow, Russia

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00 (with optional afternoon shifts & 1-on-1 tutoring)

Position Overview

A well-established Moscow kindergarten is seeking a warm, energetic, and professional Native English Teacher to join our teaching team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young learners and can create a fun, engaging, and language-rich environment for our children.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who prefer shorter daytime hours, or who want the option to increase their income through additional afternoon classes or one-on-one tutoring.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive English lessons for young learners (ages 3–6).

• Create a positive, playful classroom atmosphere that supports language development.

• Plan age-appropriate activities including songs, games, storytelling, and early phonics.

• Collaborate with local staff to support children’s daily routine and learning.

• Provide optional afternoon or private tutoring sessions (if desired).

 

Requirements

• Native English speaker from a country where English is an official language (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, etc.).

• Experience working with children in a kindergarten, preschool, daycare, or ESL environment.

• Energetic, friendly, and reliable teaching style.

• Candidates already located in Moscow preferred, but others may apply.

 

Schedule & Compensation

• Core schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00

• Optional: additional afternoon classes or private tutoring

• Pay: 2,000 RUB per hour
  (Afternoon and tutoring hours paid at the same rate unless otherwise agreed)
