Position: English Tutor/Governess for VIP Family in Yekaterinburg

Location: Yekaterinburg, Russia

Job Description:

A family based in Yekaterinburg is looking for an experienced and engaging English Tutor/Governess to work primarily with one child aged 10. The role focuses on developing fluent spoken English, improving reading comprehension, and supporting structured written work in a calm and focused home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver individualized English lessons
• Develop conversational fluency through daily speaking practice
• Support reading comprehension and written assignments
• Build vocabulary and grammar accuracy
• Encourage independent study habits and confidence
• Provide regular progress feedback to parents

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching or tutoring children
• Warm, structured, and engaging teaching style
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Professional and reliable

​

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with private families
• Willingness to relocate or travel if required

​

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 13:00–19:30

Salary: $1,200–$1,300 USD per week
